Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior PLM Developer to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, hybrid position for a talented individual with a maximum of 6-10 years of experience in the field. The selected candidate will be integral to enhancing our product lifecycle management systems, with a primary focus on workflow automation and configuration.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in PLM systems development and configuration, with a strong understanding of underlying technologies.
  • Expertise in PLM workflow automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the design and manufacturing lifecycle.
  • Solid skills in PLM configuration to customize and enhance existing systems based on business requirements.
  • Proficient in PLM tools and Agile PLM,etc., enabling end-to-end management of product lifecycles and enhancements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and network-related issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, managing tasks efficiently both remotely and on-site.
  • Experience in stakeholder interaction, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical solutions effectively.
  • Must have skills in PLM (Mandatory skill) and PLM Developer (Mandatory skill), having hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining PLM solutions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure PLM solutions tailored to business needs for optimizing workflows and information sharing.
  • Implement and automate PLM process workflows to enhance efficiencies and minimize manual inputs.
  • Maintain and support PLM systems, resolving any configuration and integration issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements, delivering customized PLM solutions.
  • Ensure alignment of PLM technologies with business goals, facilitating continuous improvements and best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during development phases to drive the successful completion of PLM projects.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for users to maximize PLM system usage and value.
  • Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to maintain and upgrade PLM systems as needed, ensuring system compliance and performance.
