One Reg Data Strategy Lead where you'll spearhead the evolution of our Market Post Trade function by overseeing technical delivery within the One Reg IT Development Team to fulfil Trade and Reporting responsibilities and manage the application’s architecture. Your key responsibilities include assisting in requirements analysis, translating business needs into functional specifications, and leading technical architecture across various regulations. Your role also involves guiding the development of a resilient, scalable, and high-performing application architecture, providing technical leadership to the team, designing user-centric components, and developing quality Java code and scripts. Additionally, the role includes performance tuning, conducting peer reviews, and ensuring code meets company standards.

To be successful as a One Reg Data Strategy Lead, you should have experience with:

Proven years of experience in Core Java and Enterprise Software development.

Strong experience in Multithreading, Memory management, and high-volume data processing.

Proven experience in driving architecture and performance of large-scale, resilient applications in the Markets/Investment Banking domain.

Strong knowledge of RDBMS (SQL Server/Oracle) and significant team management experience.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree with relevant experience.
