Job Summary:

Covenant Consultants is seeking an experienced Oil and Gas HR Recruiter Lead with a strong consultancy background, based in Chennai, to manage recruitment operations, lead a team, and maintain client relationships in the oil and gas sector. This role requires expertise in team handling and client management within a consultancy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the recruitment process for oil and gas industry clients, ensuring high-quality candidate placements.
• Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, aligning recruitment strategies with client requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure job requirements, hiring expectations, and timelines are met.
• Provide insights on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive salaries in the oil and gas sector.

Key Requirements:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in HR recruitment specifically within the oil and gas sector, with a consultancy or staffing firm background.
• Proven experience in team handling, with strong leadership abilities to manage a recruitment team.
• Excellent client management skills, focused on relationship building and effective communication.
• Based in Chennai (Only candidates currently residing in Chennai will be considered).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms relevant to the oil and gas industry.
