Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive Offshore Process Design Engineer for a full-time position, available in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, or Vadodara. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality process design solutions for offshore projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ASPEN, HYSYS, and other relevant process design tools.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience utilizing ASPEN for process simulations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in offshore process designs.
• Proficiency in HYSYS software to optimize and simulate process flows with precision for offshore projects.
• Strong background in process design, including developing and refining process systems for offshore environments.
• Experience in offshore industries with a focus on implementing innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
• Proven ability to perform detailed engineering and analysis to support successful project outcomes.
• Hands-on experience in Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) to ensure all preliminary engineering needs are meticulously addressed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently handle tasks and provide actionable solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute process designs for offshore projects using cutting-edge software and methodologies.
• Utilize ASPEN and HYSYS to model process systems, ensuring sustainable and efficient designs.
• Actively participate in project meetings to provide expertise and insights into process design and improvements.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and optimizations of existing processes to enhance performance and safety.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the design and implementation phases.
• Collaborate with other departments to align design objectives with overall project goals and timelines.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of design processes and changes for internal and external use.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on the use of design tools and industry best practices.
