1. Build responsive, user-centric interfaces with React and develop backend APIs using .NET Core/ASP.NET Core with security in mind, adhering to best practices in identity management, data protection and secure API design
2. Experience with authentication and authorization using technologies like OAuth, JWT and claim-based security.
3. Ensure smooth functionality and seamless data flow between front-end and backend components
4. Work closely with project managers, designers and other developers to deliver solutions that meet user needs
5. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve speed and scalability
7. Write clean, efficient and reusable code that aligns with industry standards
8. Mentor junior developers on secure coding and design patterns.
9. Leverage design patterns to build maintainable and scalable codebase.
10. Use SOLID principles to create clean and modular application architecture.
11. Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline and DevOps.
12. Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
13. Familiarity with cloud platform like AWS
14. Proficient in SQL Server or other relational databases, able to write efficient SQL queries and design schemas
