Key responsibilities:
- Identify prospects, make effective qualifying sales calls and manage sales cycle to close new business for BCOs in different Industry verticals for ODC and OOG cargo.
- Conduct research, gather information on prospective projects.
- Manage accounts, develop in-depth market knowledge; generate new sales leads, contract negotiation and sales closure.
- Prepare professional and accurate presentations, quotes, and proposals. Also Create and maintain comprehensive client SOPs and work closely with operations and customer service teams.
- Adhere to update Sales activities regularly in CRM system.
- Develop new segments like., Defense / Plant Relocations & O&G etc.
- Aligning with Freight Forwarding sales team for closure of ADHOC ODC & OOG shpt’s on Brach/Region levels
- Build strong relationships with the high value key accounts in the region to enhance revenue.
- Collaborate with the pricing & operations team to assure delivery needs of customers cost effectively and efficiently
- Monitor receivables & growth of contractual customers
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
