Job Profile-
1. Commercially Responsible for Driving and Achieving the targeted unit growth through
a. Ensuring implementation of sales process by his team
b. Ensuring implementation of sales and marketing strategies
c. Ensuring achievement of monthly unit wise target through hospital wise & product wise
targeting and sales achievement
d. Maintaining and growing unit wise ASP
e. Submission of Tour plans and adherence
2. Maintaining customer relationship that will support respective KAE who is the first owner of the customer
3. Implementation of Marketing activities
4. Doing only joint visit with executives and supporting the executive to achieve desired outcome
5. Manages forecasts and achieve sales goals – annual, quarterly and monthly for through assigned team
6. Provide business plans within organisation norms to achieve desired results from an account
7. Mentoring and hand holding which will assure that report is successful in varied circumstances
8. Being open to opportunities and putting POA to capture the same
9. Ensuring equipment sales in all AEH to achieve / exceed month wise / quarter wise goals
10. Customer relation with clear win win solution
11. Submission of filed visit report for acknowledgement, improvement / motivation and pointer for annual
performance appraisal as expected by the organisation
12. Responsible for selection, recruitment, induction and mentoring the KAE
13. Ensuring the vacancies if any are filled with in two months
14. Defining call lists for the executives / area of coverage
15. Conducting monthly sales meet with the following objectives:
a. Review and analysis of sales – Hospital wise
b. Business plan for the month
c. Review of tour plan and adhered to provide course correction for the same
d. Other activities and role plays whenever needed
e. Review of post op details of AT IOLs – For the previous month
f. Review of counselling meetings conducted in the previous month and16.
g. Review of the next month counselling meeting plans
