As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and utilizing your skills in recruitment, Excel, and pivot tables. This role demands a proactive approach in managing end-to-end recruitment processes while collaborating with our global teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment, Excel, and pivot table (Mandatory skill) to analyze and manage data efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and colleagues, ensuring clarity and understanding of job requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve recruitment challenges swiftly and effectively.
- Effective time management skills to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in candidate assessment and record-keeping.
- Proven ability in candidate evaluation to identify and select the best talent that meets organizational needs.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates utilizing various recruitment channels and platforms.
