We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Recruiter to join a german software firm in Cochin. This is a full-time & WFO, mid-level position exclusively open to female candidates only. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in recruitment, particularly within the IT industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Recruitment experience with a keen understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with candidates and clients (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes (Mandatory skill).
• Technical knowledge to understand and evaluate IT roles and candidates effectively.
• Proficiency in the German language to communicate with German-speaking candidates and stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of the IT industry, including trends, market demands, and technological advancements.
• Strong interviewing skills to assess the suitability of candidates for specific roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations and reports to support recruitment efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective closure of open positions.
• Engage with candidates through effective communication, providing detailed information about roles and expectations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting recruitment metrics and data analysis.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
• Leverage technical knowledge to evaluate candidates' qualifications and compatibility with client requirements.
• Network and maintain strong relationships with German-speaking candidates and industry professionals.
• Conduct interviews using structured techniques to ensure a thorough assessment of candidates' skills and competencies.
• Create and deliver presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint, supporting recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
