Location ;–Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Noida, Gurgaon, Pune


We are seeking talented individuals to join our growing team in IPDRG coding! We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.


1. IPDRG Coder

Experience: 2 + Years


Key Responsibilities:

In-depth review of inpatient medical records for accurate coding and DRG assignment.

Mentoring and training other coders.

Providing ongoing feedback and education.

Following SOPs and meeting quality/production targets.

Escalating issues and identifying trends.

Maintaining HIPAA and OIG compliance.

Qualifications:Bachelor's in Nursing (preferred) or Science.

CCS or CIC certification (mandatory).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Flexibility and a commitment to quality.


2. IPDRG - LAM (Training & Quality)

Experience: 10 + Years


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Assistant Manager responsible for quality team deliverables and SME support.

Ensure team harmony between operations and training.

Create presentations, develop process manuals, and training materials.

Qualifications:Bachelor's in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery, or Science.

CPC, CCS, or CIC certification (mandatory).

Minimum 10 years' experience in medical coding, with 5+ years in IPDRG coding/auditing and management.

Proven experience handling a QC team.

Excellent knowledge of DRG coding, ICD-10 CM & PCS, and coding guidelines.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Six Sigma Green Belt certification (a plus).


3. IPDRG - AM (Training & Quality)

Experience: 7 + Years


Key Responsibilities:

Assistant Manager responsible for DRG coding audit training programs.

Develop and implement strategic training plans and curricula.

Conduct training preparation and delivery.

Qualifications:Minimum 7 years' experience in DRG coding, auditing, and provider coding.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a DRG training role.

AHIPMA or AAPC certification (mandatory).

Excellent knowledge of DRG coding principles and practices.

Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Experience in strategic management and new hire training.

Experience handling QA and training teams.

Proven ability to train large groups effectively.
