Take a lead role in managing inquiries from existing and prospective private fund investors as it

relates to financial information, portfolio company updates, RFI’s and adhoc requests

• Maintain and update key investor contacts and relevant permissions for the global investor

portal

• Plan recurring and adhoc investor meetings and roadshows, including annual

private funds investor conference, and all related materials

• Coordinate and prepare key deliverables for senior management including investor

communications, quarterly fund webcasts and investment updates

• Effectively articulate private equity strategy to stakeholders, including describing

new transaction activity as well as ongoing portfolio updates• Participate in fundraising activities for the private equity group and assist in preparing key

deliverables

• Execute on strategic initiatives within the group

• Assist in the co-ordination of co-investment processes
