Take a lead role in managing inquiries from existing and prospective private fund investors as it

relates to financial information, portfolio company updates, RFI’s and adhoc requests

• Maintain and update key investor contacts and relevant permissions for the global investor

portal

• Plan recurring and adhoc investor meetings and roadshows, including Brookfield’s annual

private funds investor conference, and all related materials

• Coordinate and prepare key deliverables for senior management including investor

communications, quarterly fund webcasts and investment updates

• Effectively articulate Brookfield’s private equity strategy to stakeholders, including describing

new transaction activity as well as ongoing portfolio updates

• Participate in fundraising activities for the private equity group and assist in preparing key

deliverables

• Execute on strategic initiatives within the group

• Assist in the co-ordination of co-investment processes

• Work with peers in other Brookfield platforms to identify best practices to ensure quality and

consistency of IR materials
