Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Voice Process Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers, providing exceptional support and service over the phone. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to kick-start their careers in the BPO sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and service-related queries.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer problems efficiently.
• Stay updated on the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (any stream) or equivalent. Fresh graduates batch of 2023 & 2024 are encouraged to apply.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are preferred.
• Key Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
