1. End to end recruitment       

2. Sourcing the candidates from Naukri portal and other sources   

3. Recruitment for IT as well as Non IT           

4. Hiring for lateral requirement               

5. Rarely will be working for volume recruitment                                                               

6. Follow up with candidates to provide timely feedbacks

7. ⁠Excellent communication skills required
