Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) specialist to join our team at Covenant Consultants. This full-time role is based in Chennai or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in financial planning, budgeting, and investment banking, contributing to the strategic and financial success of our organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in budgeting, with the ability to create detailed financial plans and monitor organizational expenditure efficiently (Mandatory skill).
• Proven track record in forecasting, including the ability to analyze market trends and predict future financial scenarios (Mandatory skill).
• Substantial experience in investment banking, involving strategic management and financial modeling (Mandatory skill).
• Sound knowledge of capital markets, with the ability to comprehend and evaluate investment opportunities and risks.
• Understanding of derivatives, encompassing financial contracts and their role in hedging and speculation strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and convert them into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools for efficient financial data management and analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills to present financial information clearly to stakeholders and guide decision-making processes.
