The position is located in Chennai or Bangalore, and requires a strong background in finance with expertise in partnering with business units. The ideal candidate will possess critical skills such as Country Finance and Finance Business Partners, alongside experience in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring the financial health and strategic alignment of our organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in Country Finance, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with regional financial goals (Mandatory skill).
• Experience as Finance Business Partners to provide insights into business performance and strategy (Mandatory skill).
• Strong budgeting skills to plan and allocate resources effectively across multiple departments and initiatives.
• Proficient in forecasting to anticipate financial trends and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal performance.
• Understanding of HUB Finance is essential to manage centralized financial functions efficiently.
• Experience in managing Country HUB operations to support multinational financial processes and strategies.
• Aptitude for Country Support to assist various regional offices in achieving their financial and operational goals.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units as a Finance Business Partner to drive financial decision-making and strategic alignment.
• Oversee the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational objectives and enhance business performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data and collaborate with country finance teams for compliance.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections to senior management.
• Manage country hub operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with global financial standards.
• Support various country offices by providing financial insights and strategies to enhance operations and profitability.
• Continuously improve financial planning processes to foster agility and responsiveness to market changes.
