Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our dynamic team at Covenant Consultants. This full-time position, based in Chennai or Bangalore, involves critical financial management functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and segment finance, contributing to the organization's strategic financial objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in budgeting processes, with the ability to manage and optimize financial plans and resources effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in forecasting to predict financial outcomes based on current business and market trends (Mandatory skill).
- Comprehensive understanding of segment finance for analyzing financial performance and strategic decision-making (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in segment reporting, including creating detailed financial reports for different business units.
- Understanding of customer segment finance to tailor financial strategies that meet diverse customer needs.
- Skillful in tracking and evaluating segment performance to recommend improvements and strategic adjustments.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the capacity to interpret complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive budget plans to aid in strategic financial decisions and resource allocation.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and forecasting reports to support business planning activities.
