Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Embedded Software Lead specializing in Bluetooth and NFC for a full-time position in Pune. The suitable candidate will possess 7 to 10 years of professional experience in the field. This role demands expertise in embedded software development, with a focus on leading teams and projects involving Bluetooth and near-field communication technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Embedded software development (Mandatory skill) is essential for leading and executing software initiatives.
• Proficiency in Bluetooth Low Energy and NFC technologies to drive development in connected automotive systems.
• In-depth knowledge of BLE Classic protocols and experience in implementing these in product environments.
• Understanding of GAP and GATT profiles to facilitate seamless Bluetooth connectivity.
• Automotive industry experience to align software development efforts with industry standards and practices.
• Proven leadership skills to manage a team of engineers and coordinate across functional units.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software and system issues.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
