The incumbent will play a crucial role within a leading recruitment consultancy, working on cutting-edge projects involving machine learning and robotic process automation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation (Mandatory skill) for executing complex digital projects with efficiency and precision.
• Proven experience in implementing machine learning algorithms and models, enhancing analytical capabilities and decision-making processes.
• In-depth understanding and practical experience of robotic process automation, enabling the automation of repetitive tasks to improve workflow efficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of GenAI and Generative AI, continually innovating and optimizing AI solutions within project scopes.
• Proficient business analysis skill set, facilitating the understanding and fulfillment of client needs through insightful analysis and strategy development.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset, capable of breaking down complex issues into manageable parts and finding effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, necessary for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support digital projects through precise execution of tasks involving machine learning, and robotic process automation to drive project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop strategic solutions using advanced data analytics techniques.
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines and budgets, maintaining quality and accuracy in all deliverables.
• Implement and optimize AI-driven tools and processes to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.
• Conduct detailed business analysis to support decision-making processes, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation, reporting project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management on a regular basis.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, implementing corrective actions where necessary to mitigate project disruptions.
• Ensure continuous improvement and learning, keeping abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in machine learning and RPA.
