Job description – CMA Dev Lead

Company : Top banking US Product Organisation,

This is a hands-on role which involves ensuring compliance with reporting regulations related to Client Money & Asset responsibilities. The position is part of a global team, requiring collaboration with teams across EMEA and India. The Dev Lead will be accountable for all aspects of development and architecture during implementation, aiming to simplify process flows. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in requirements analysis for system enhancements, translating business requirements into functional specifications, and leading the technical architecture across various regulations. You will guide the application architecture towards resilience, scalability, and performance, providing technical leadership to the CMA team. You will design and prototype user-centric components, develop quality Java code, and work with Autosys, Unix, and Perl scripts. Additionally, you will ensure code meets company standards, perform SQL query tuning, and conduct peer reviews to optimize application performance.

To be successful as a CMA Dev Lead, you should have experience with:

Proven experience in core Java and Enterprise Software development.

Strong experience in Multithreading, Memory management, and high-volume data processing.

Proven experience in driving architecture and performance of large-scale, resilient applications in the Markets/Investment Banking domain.

Strong knowledge of RDBMS (SQL Server/Oracle) and significant team management experience.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree with relevant experience.
