We are seeking a dedicated Business Process Review professional for a mid-level position at our Chennai headquarters. This full-time role requires expertise in assessing and enhancing business processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. The candidate should have a strong foundation in business process management, SOX, and internal audits, contributing effectively to our mission of quality and excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in business process analysis, ensuring all processes are optimized for efficiency and quality.

• Hands-on experience with internal audits to identify and mitigate potential risks effectively. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong capabilities in conducting business process reviews, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Experience with internal controls to safeguard assets and enhance financial reporting accuracy.
• Competence in performing detailed walkthroughs to evaluate process efficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Knowledge in formulating and maintaining a Risk Control Matrix (RCM) to monitor and manage enterprise risks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and enhance existing controls and procedures for operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reviews of business processes to assess efficiency and compliance with corporate standards.
• Collaborate with different departments to identify and implement process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SOX regulations by overseeing relevant audit procedures and documentation.
• Develop and maintain Internal Control frameworks to support organizational objectives and risk management.
• Conduct walkthroughs to analyze process flows and identify potential areas for improvement or concern.
• Assist in the preparation and updating of the Risk Control Matrix, ensuring all risks are properly identified and managed.
• Liaise with auditors and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive audits and reviews are conducted.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing operational controls and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
