Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our recruitment firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills and a passion for building lasting client relationships. In addition to business development activities, the candidate will also be involved in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.



Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prospect potential clients and Bringing in New clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  4. Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our recruitment services.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects and deliver exceptional service.
  7. Negotiate contracts, agreements, Commercials and service level agreements with clients to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback to the management team.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment and business development.

Requirements:


  1. Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the recruitment industry,Or into Any B2B sales.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  3. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  6. Experience in discussing and negotiating contracts and agreements with clients is a plus
