Job Description:

This role requires expertise in a specific domain within the telecom network field and a willingness to build and deepen that expertise over time. The individual will focus on designing and developing AI/ML solutions that align with AI standards and responsible AI guardrails.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Business Value: Apply AI solutions to create value within the network domain, addressing business challenges and operational needs.
• Solution Strategy: Propose and implement strategies to tackle complex problems, leveraging AI and machine learning techniques.
• Data Extraction & Validation: Conduct data mining from valuable sources, ensuring data readiness and quality for AI model development.
• Data Collection Enhancement: Optimize data collection processes to include relevant information needed for building machine learning models.
• Collaborative Design: Engage in design discussions, providing input and making decisive contributions to solution development.
• Predictive & Prescriptive Modeling: Develop models to address specific network-related problems, integrating solutions into business processes to maximize value.
• Model Validation: Test and validate models to certify they are fit for use within the network domain.
• Mentorship & Guidance: Support and guide team members to enhance their understanding of network data, systems, and domain-specific challenges.
• Executive Communication: Clearly communicate solution insights and developments through presentations for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience in data engineering and AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, and SQL for data handling and model development.
• Two or more years of experience in deploying machine learning models to production.
• Five or more years of experience in the telecom network domain.
• Proven ability to create scoring models and anomaly detection solutions.
• Preferred:
• Broad understanding of autonomous network systems.
• Experience in leading global teams.
