KRA:

•        Drafting all kind of contract with Land owners/flat buyers/bankers/vendors/consultants/service providers etc.,

•        Planning as well as advising on procurement of land for various residential, commercial, retail projects for ensuring all legal and developmental norms

•        Identifying & appraising land; conducting due diligence & title search, checks & negotiations and securing, commercially viable lands and properties

•        Liaison coordination to obtain planning permit/building permit/completion certificate

 •        Administering all legal matters involving project development, implementation till completion.

•        Vetting of Project Proposals, Preparing Draft Agreements, MOUs, Sale / Conveyance Deed, General Power of Attorney, Joint Ventures Agreements & all other related documents
