Position: AR Caller

Job Role: As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for handling insurance claims and billing processes for healthcare services. Your key tasks will include making outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims, verifying the status and reasons for denials, resolving outstanding claims, and ensuring timely payments. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.

Eligibility: Open to freshers and experienced candidates with international voice experience.

Salary:

Freshers: Take home of 18k (including allowance)

Experienced: Take home of 28k (including allowance)

Shift Timing: 7 PM to 5 AM

Work Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate
