Job Summary:

The AR Caller is responsible for making outbound calls to insurance companies, patients, or clients to follow up on outstanding claims and accounts receivable. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who have strong communication skills and a desire to start a career in healthcare finance or accounts receivable management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Contact insurance companies or customers via phone to follow up on pending claims and resolve outstanding account balances.
2. Claim Status Verification: Verify the status of submitted claims and identify reasons for delays or denials.
3. Documentation: Record detailed notes on each interaction and update the system with current information on the accounts.
4. Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal departments or external stakeholders to resolve issues preventing payment.
5. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls and emails to ensure prompt collections and payments.
6. Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as state and federal regulations, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related fields preferred).
• Experience: No prior experience is necessary; freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of calls efficiently.
• Analytical skills to identify trends or issues in payment processes.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
