Job Summary:

As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for handling insurance claims and following up with insurance companies to ensure payment is received for healthcare services rendered. This entry-level role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Contact insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.
• Verify patient insurance coverage to ensure timely and accurate payment.
• Address and resolve any denials or discrepancies in insurance claims.
• Investigate and resolve outstanding receivables to expedite payment.
• Update patient account information accurately in the system.
• Document all communication and actions taken regarding claims in the system.
• Meet daily and monthly targets set by the team lead.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare billing and terminology (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Comfortable working night shifts, as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with medical billing software or experience in a customer service role is a plus.
• Understanding of insurance types (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.) and claim processes.
