Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Accounts Receivable Callers with a background in the US healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will manage accounts receivable processes, handle calls related to billing inquiries, and ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to patients and insurance companies to follow up on outstanding balances.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries related to billing and payments.

Document call details and update account information accurately in the system.

Collaborate with team members to ensure collection targets are met.

Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Any graduation; even 12th pass can apply.

1 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable calling within the US healthcare sector.

Strong communication skills and the ability to handle calls effectively.

Proficient in using healthcare billing systems and MS Office.

Ability to work in night shifts.
