Support the AXA Group AML Technology Manager in relation to but not limited to :

Group Compliance List

Manage the monthly GCL process

Work with GIE IT and AXA GO IT to implement an automated and AXA Security approved process for file

testing and transfer

Governance

Implement and manage all Technology governance committees – provide decks, minutes, follow up on

actions

o Weekly NPG

o V9 governance with entities

o AI / Machine Learning committee

o Design Authority follow up

AML Filter Implementation

Act as liaison between entity PMs and Group SMEs

Follow up on all required pre-inception and inception requirements

AMLFilter BAU

Manage central repository of all V8 LOVs and entity WLM / AMM scenarios

Ensure timely updates in NetReveal e.g. AML country updates

Perform ongoing data quality reviews

Annual validation of scenarios, BSD, data scope, other

3. MAIN COMPETENCIES

Background and experience:

3 to 5 years of AML operational and technology experience, ideally in insurance, although banking or asset

management experience will also be considered.

AXA - GBS PublicTechnical and professional skills:

• Knowledge of AML legislation

• Knowledge of insurance, banking and asset management processes

• Project management capacities

• Ability to design, implement and operate AML monitoring processes.

• Ability to challenge

• Fluent written and spoken English

Preferred ACAMS or similar AML certification completed per industry standards.

Soft skills and competencies:

• Demonstrate high reliability, quality, and timeliness of deliverables.

• Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.

• Appetence to work within an international and intercultural environment.

• Proficient writing and delivery of presentations, documentations with Microsoft Office applications (Word,

Excel, PowerPoint)

• Organizational skills

• Strong analytical skills Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources.
