Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at CourseConnect. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with information about our courses and services. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We welcome freshers with less than 1 year of experience to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide them with information about our courses and services
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
• Follow up on leads and convert them into customers
• Maintain a database of customer information
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets
