OverviewThe ideal candidate for this position is someone who wants to experience the adrenaline rush of building a customer-centric product and has previously worked in a fast paced, collaborative team environment. The candidate will be working closely with the product and design team and should be a good communicator with both engineers and non-engineers alike. Responsibilities<ol><li>Develop distributed and scalable solutions for high-performance mobile banking app</li><li>Design, code, test, debug, and document programs as well as support activities for the corporate systems architecture</li><li>Develop tools for tracking, monitoring, and reporting the performance of our suite of server-side applications</li><li>Perform and manage stages of the SDLC and participate in the systems review with Co-Founder/ Manager</li><li>Work in sync with the Digital Partnerships team at our Partner Bank for API integrations with the Core Banking System (CBS)</li></ol> Qualifications<ol><li>Must have worked on Spring Boot, Java as an individual contributor.</li><li>Experience with DevOps and working knowledge of cloud platforms preferably AWS</li><li>Experience with Test Driven Development using TestNG/Junit testing frameworks&nbsp;is a plus</li><li>Experience / knowledge in Cluster Management Frameworks i.e Kafka, Elastic Search, Docker and database, build-and-test (preferred)</li><li>Demonstrated skills in problem-solving and decision-making</li></ol>
