Sales Manager LFO – Garments/Undergarments

Location: Coimbatore


Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth across all outlets and warehouses in the North and South regions by managing sales strategies, ensuring team productivity, and effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Management: Increase sales of Towels and other garment categories across outlets and warehouses.

Develop and implement Sales / Marketing strategies tailored to regional markets.

Monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Market Analysis & Product Knowledge:

Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Stay updated with product features, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.


Team Leadership & Management:

Recruit promoters and sales people with contact and network.

Lead, Manage, and Mentor the sales team across multiple locations.

Conduct regular follow-ups and provide performance feedback to team members.


Communication & Negotiation:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.


Strategic Planning:

Prepare and manage sales budgets.

Forecast sales and plan resources accordingly.


Required Skills:

Speaking Proficiency - 8/10 In Hindi, English, and Tamil.

Extrovert with Strong negotiation and Decision-making skills.

Have experience handling MBO, LFO, Retail sales channel related to Textile industry. Ability to network and recruit promoters, sales people for the required locations.

Excellent team management and leadership capabilities.

Ability to strategize and execute effective sales plans.

In-depth knowledge of the garment/undergarment industry.


Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 6-12 years of sales experience in the Garments/Undergarments/Home Textile industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
