Job Overview

The Operational Manager at Cotton Concepts (CC) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place. This role requires strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and the ability to manage teams effectively. The job location is Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and the employment type is Full-Time. The salary range for this position will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, preferably in the home textile industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
• Proven decision-making abilities with a track record of driving results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of supplier and buyer communication in the home textile industry
• Ability to forecast demand and plan production accordingly
• Technical knowledge in home textile manufacturing processes, both for export and import
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools to track and monitor operational performance
