Job Overview

Cotton Concepts (CC), a leading Home Textiles company based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a talented and highly organized MIS Executive to join our team. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in information management, and supporting the business in making data-driven decisions. This is a full-time position, and we are open to considering candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications
• Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
• Previous experience as an MIS Executive or similar role is a plus
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools will be an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's management information system
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to create reports and dashboards
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular audits and reconciliations
• Develop and implement data entry procedures to streamline information flow
• Support the business in making data-driven decisions through insightful analysis
• Assist in sample checking and quality control processes
• Generate timely and accurate reports for management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MIS and data analysis
