Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior MIS professional to join our team at our Karur location. The role involves the management and analysis of various data systems to support our operations. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Database Management (Mandatory skill)
• Excel (Mandatory skill)
• Data Visualization (Mandatory skill)
• Strong proficiency in Data Analysis to interpret complex data sets
• Proven ability in Reporting to create actionable reports and dashboards
• Excellent Problem Solving skills to address technical and analytical challenges
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Expertise in Management Information Systems (MIS)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain organizational databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Analyze data to identify trends and generate insightful reports for management
• Create and update dashboards using Excel and data visualization tools
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret data requirements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as needed
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve data discrepancies and improve reporting processes
• Support the CRM system by maintaining and analyzing customer data
• Provide training to staff on MIS tools and best practices
