Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Cotton Concepts. The role is based in Kozhikode, Hyderabad. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our home textile products and expanding our market reach. The ideal candidate will possess strong field marketing skills and a passion for sales promotion and retail marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Field marketing experience (Mandatory skill)
• Proven track record in sales promotion (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in retail marketing (Mandatory skill)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in the field
• Experience in textile sales, particularly home textiles is an advantage
• Experience in conducting shop visits and selling products to retail stores
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement field marketing strategies to promote Cotton Concepts' home textile products.
• Plan and execute sales promotion activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
• Conduct regular visits to retail stores to promote our products and establish strong relationships with retailers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to management.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback from retailers to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that marketing strategies are in line with product offerings.
