Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team at Cotton Concepts (CC). As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for handling various HR functions and providing support to the HR department. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Sound knowledge of ESI, PF, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements
• Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment process
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
• Provide support in handling ESI, PF, Gratuity, and other employee welfare programs
• Manage employee performance appraisal process and assist in implementing performance improvement plans
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees
• Handle employee relations and resolve queries related to labor laws and regulations
• Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to recommend improvements
