Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design and production teams to curate and develop home textile products
• Liaise with suppliers and buyers to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of merchandise
• Handle end-to-end merchandising process, including sourcing, pricing, negotiation, and quality control
• Manage marketing activities, including market research, competitor analysis, and promotional campaigns
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify business opportunities
• Monitor industry trends and consumer demands to optimize product mix and marketing strategies
• Supervise a team of merchandisers and provide guidance and support as needed
