We are seeking a knowledgeable HR professional with a strong textile background to join our team in Karur, Coimbatore. This mid-level, full-time position requires 4-6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR practices within the home textile sector and should possess excellent communication skills, and knowledge of social compliance and labor laws.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4-6 years in human resources, particularly within the textile industry, ensuring an understanding of sector-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of social compliance standards and practices, especially pertaining to the home textile manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in payroll processing and management to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi to effectively manage negotiations and mediate among diverse workforce groups.
• In-depth understanding of labor laws and employment regulations, ensuring all HR policies are compliant and up-to-date.
