Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager – D2C (Shopify)

Location: Coimbatore (Preference for candidates from Coimbatore/Tirupur)

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on performance marketer with proven experience in scaling D2C e-commerce brands on Shopify. This is a growth-focused role aimed at increasing our monthly sales by 10X.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scale D2C sales via Shopify with a clear roadmap to increase our monthly sales by 10X.

2. Plan and manage ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube

3. Own ROAS, CAC, and performance KPIs end-to-end

4. Optimize website funnel (CRO, A/B testing, landing pages)

5. Analyze customer journey, traffic, and sales data for revenue growth

6. Work closely with design and content teams for performance creatives

7. Execute retention strategies via email, remarketing, and automation

Experience:

Min 3–5 years in performance marketing with Shopify D2C brands

Preferred Industry: Apparel, skincare, lifestyle
