Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Bartender to join our dynamic team at CO SO (Cocktails & Socials) in Nagpur. This full-time position involves crafting memorable cocktail experiences while maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate boasts expertise in mixology, a passion for customer service, and thorough knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in mixology with a creative flair for crafting signature cocktails and a deep understanding of classic recipes (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience for all patrons (Mandatory skill).
- Comprehensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages, their origins, and appropriate pairing with various dishes (Mandatory skill).
- Remarkable attention to detail in presentation and post-cocktail cleaning processes to uphold presentation standards.
- Strong communication skills for setting clear expectations and building a rapport with clientele and team members.
- Able to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple orders while maintaining high service standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and agility.
- Skilled in inventory management, ensuring bar stock levels are maintained and organized for seamless operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create a wide range of well-balanced and high-quality cocktails that align with CO SO's unique offerings.
- Engage with customers warmly, providing thoughtful recommendations and detailed descriptions of menu items.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times to optimize efficiency and service quality.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to execute seamless service at all points of contact.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Take accurate customer orders, handling cash and card payments efficiently while keeping precise records.
- Stay informed about new beverage trends and proactively suggest ideas to update and innovate the current menu offerings.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for customers and staff alike.
