Duties and Responsibilities
Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, identifying staff vacancies, preparing job advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
Planning and delivering (as and when required) training - including inductions for new staff
Conduct the entire process of appraisals
Payroll processing
Statutory compliances.
Developing related policies and directing and coordinating human resource activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, labour benefits, training, and employee services
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
Handling employee grievances, interacting with team members on regular basis
Reporting of HR Admin Assistant and other Jr. staff
Overall monitoring of admin
Handling IT related issues and queries
Timely renewal of insurance policies of Organization.
Legal coordination.
Organizing events, Employee engagement activities.
Set department wise KRA/ KPI
Arranging monthly meetings.
Fair knowledge of HR policies
Knowledge of statutory compliances
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Mails, Browsing)
Qualification and Experience:
GRADUATION /MBA/ MMS/ PGDM (HR Specialization)
Min 3 +years of experience in the same field
