Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Manage budget to align with goals of business
• Good technical Basic Electronics and Electrical knowledge
• SOP, KRA, KPI, ISO & MIS report preparation knowledge
• Electronics components testing and measurement, QA and QC skill
• Team performance monitoring & efficiency improvement skills
• Materials sourcing and vender development skill
• Production process and materials movement analyzation skill
• After Sales support activities skill towards customer satisfaction
• This position required experience and involvement from Raw materials sourcing, Production process, Delivery, Installation and After Sales Support along with required documents preparation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
