Streamlining the vendors and setting up processes. Effective negotiation to get the best possible deals.&nbsp;•	Responsible to ensure satisfactory execution of all strategic marketing plan and streamlining all the promotional activities to develop the business to achieve target of all products•	Maintain strong control over all vendors and all activities should be properly executed&nbsp;•	 Pre-planning of all activities should be done well in advance so that all the activities are implemented in time. Prepare month &amp; Business Road Map specific marketing calendar for pre-planning the activities.•	Responsible for checking progress reports with State Heads and accordingly guide them to take best out of them.•	Keeping records of all the marketing related issues•	Market mapping &amp; completion tracking, sharing market intelligence with higher management.•	In-branch Branding, External branding &amp; Glow Sign Boards coordination with CO-Team to ensure quality output from the Vendors.•	Creation &amp; execution of monthly marketing plan on a category wise axis – LED, Gadget Secure &amp; accessory.•	Designing and executing local events/calendar post approval to ensure maximum customer participation as well as achievement of pre-determined objective of the promotion•	Drive BTL campaign’s segments wise across targeted geographies.•	Coordinating with all branches &amp; providing necessary support to achieve their target.•	Responsible for new product launches &amp; product placement in key retail outlets.•	Identification &amp; roll out of exclusive brand outlets called LED lounges.•	Lead corporate Tie-up from cross promotional activities and barter deal opportunities with Mall, Multiplex, Retail super market chain, Hotels.•	Implement promotional activities intended to increase footfall at store level &amp; subsequent conversation.•	Vendor management – Creating strong network of vendor &amp; monitoring timely execution of projects.•	Stakeholder management – Collaborate with cross functional teams to effectively promote our portfolio in target markets.
