As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our store in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position with a requirement of 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the store's daily operations, including sales performance, staff training, and customer service
• Ensure the store meets its financial goals by optimizing sales and controlling expenses
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers
• Train and develop store staff to provide exceptional service and achieve sales targets
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and minimize loss
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of store employees, including scheduling, coaching, and performance management
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
• Collaborate with the Head Office and other departments to align store operations with company objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market competition to identify business opportunities
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience
