Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to potential clients, architects, interior designers, and real estate developers.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

3. Collaborate with the design and sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for clients.

4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our modular kitchen solutions.

5. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.

6. Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and generate leads.

7. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts for management review.

8. Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design, home improvement, or construction industry.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

7. Knowledge of Italian modular kitchen systems and design principles is a plus.
