Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the digital marketing sector, understanding their business objectives and marketing needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including digital marketing specialists, creative teams, and analytics experts, to develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services to existing clients, driving revenue growth and maximizing account profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and strengthen client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, analyzing data and providing actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients, providing updates on campaign performance, key achievements, and recommendations for improvement.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing agreements, and service level agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to account management teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Skills
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, account management, or business development, with a focus on managing key accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve common goals.
- Willingness for Night Shift or US Shift.
