Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Review resumes and applications to screen candidates and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with respective department heads.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practices.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters, including policies, and procedures.
• Assist in the performance management process by maintaining employee records, tracking performance evaluations, and facilitating feedback sessions.
• Support employee relations initiatives by addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and recommending solutions.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and surveys.
