Roles and Responsibilities

• Interacting with the international clients through E-mail regarding our digital services.
• Seek an initial brief to understand the Client's Business/Requirements
• Assist customers in providing them with information like product or service quotes.
• Make rapid and accurate calculations.
• Negotiation and closure - through appropriate handling the client queries and closing the deal.
• Record sales and send a copy to the Sales Manager.
• Developing and tracking the sales growth & data.  Maintains and develops relationships with clients.
•  Keep prospective client database updated.

• Knowledge on SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC Marketing, Website Design and many more.
• Intermediate customer service skills.
