We have a promising opportunity with a Medical Device Company in Coimbatore
Position: Territory Sales Manager
Job Location: Coimbatore
Exp: 5 to 6 Yrs.
Area Coverage: Coimbatore
Product Segment: Cardiology – (Interventional cardiology accessories, Cath lab etc.)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To drive the sales strategy through Customer/KOL Management, Product Management, Business Strategy for Key Accounts and Driving Implementation of Sales Plan. The position will report directly to the Business Manager and be responsible for:
• Customer relationship management: Relationship with purchase managers of all the leading hospitals in the region. Good relationships with the Intervention Cardiologists in the region.
• Technical Support: To handle Cathlab and Xomed lasers case support and lead extraction.
• Marketing initiatives in the region: Involved in the collection of market information through on market share of company products versus competition in the assigned territories.
• Serious drive for the results. Serious growth of the area in the previous organization.
• Good communication skills.
SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
• A proven track record of 5-6years of experience, preferably from the
Cardiovascular segment.
• B.Pharma/ Science graduate/ any equivalent qualification with an MBA – Good
to have.
• Recent experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical and creative mind.
